About an hour’s drive south of the Twin Cities sits one of Minnesota’s cutest, most historical breweries — Chapel Brewing.
With it’s floor to ceiling windows,unostentatious white walls and bold color accents, Wild Mind Artisan Ales is easily one of the brightest, cheeriest breweries we’ve found in Minnesota.
“Utepils” is a Norwegian word that roughly translates to “the first beer you drink outside on a warm, sunny day.” It’s also the name of one of Minneapolis’ most outstanding breweries you might want to drink a first, tenth and hundredth beer at (probably not in one sitting) regardless the weather of the day!
As we look forward to another great year of beer and breweries, we wanted to look back on 2017 and share some of our favorites.
