We never could have imagined what that beer adventure blog would lead to or what the next year would have in store for us! Of course, you’re welcome to read through all our previous blog posts for yourself, but here’s a quick recap of some of the highlights of our first year ale adventuring and beer blogging:
The BBP Pigalle taproom — an open space plan with both natural elements and modern artwork — is conducive for conversation, almost begging for questions like “What does ‘Leave the Abbey, Join the Playground’ mean?” and “What’s ‘#BeerForLife’ about?”
It would be an understatement to say that BrewDog has done what very few breweries have done; in fact, in most cases, they’ve done what no other brewery has done — establishing themselves as the punks who can and will overcome any and all obstacles, all the while not giving a ****.
After a surprisingly successful venture into Iceland’s craft beer scene, we were off to a land that prides itself in its dark beer, smooth whisky and raucous pub life — Ireland.
Iceland’s craft beer scene may be small, but it’s strong and thriving.
